Science City Bristol is directed and supported by a Partnership Board, representing business, academia and the public sector.
The Partnership Board meets 3 times per year and is chaired by Professor Eric Thomas, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Bristol.

Working Groups in the 3 activity streams of Connectivity, Investment and Engagement also report into the Partnership Board and are constituted in part by individuals from the above-mentioned organisation. Other partner organisations are also involved in these Working Groups.
Each Working Group is chaired by a member of the Partnership Board.
